Jean-Luc Moniz is a filmmaker from Toronto, Canada. As a son to immigrant parents with close ties to his Portuguese heritage, he is drawn to stories about family dynamics, especially in the context of building a life in a new place. His previous work includes The Faces We Wear (short documentary, director). Jean-Luc currently works as a video producer/editor, and is working towards producing a web docuseries.
