Synopsis:
Alisone Mota, an illegal immigrant to Canada from Portugal, works with her sister, Vania, as a cleaning lady to provide for her son back home. When a ring goes missing from their employer’s home, tensions grow between the sisters. Alisone accuses Vania of the theft, putting the strength of familial loyalty to the test.
