Down at “Balança”, a fetish-bar with copious amounts of food and debauchery where the admission is exclusive to patrons of substantial sizes, a young, overweight man looks for company of the female persuasion. When his seduction strategies fall flat, he is drawn to the promises of television ads, embarking in a meticulous weight-loss regimen, hoping to become irresistible. The result: he turns into a gorgeous figure of a man, and women are smiling his way for the very first time. However, feeling like a stranger to himself does not bring him happiness.
